Dreams!
A few days ago, on the way to work.. my friends (that I drive in with) and I were talking about dreams... and I thought of a dream..well nightmare really that I had when I was a teenager.... Since that conversation that dream has popped into my head a few times since..
It was very scary... and I mean terrifying!!!
I remember only the last part... a man (whom I can't see) is attacking me, he's lying on top of me ....and I can feel him.. and I'm scared.. but I also know I'm dreaming..so I know I have to wake up..so I try to wake myself up... I am trying to scream out.. knowing that will wake me up.. but it's hard to do this... but FINALLY after what seemed an eternity I was able to cry out..and I woke up.. .Thank God!!!!!
I was still living at home..and my room was in the basement.. I proceeded to turn on every single light in the basement... I knew if I feel back asleep the dream would continue (have had that happen before)
I thought about trying to find out what that nightmare meant.. but I'm going to chalk it up to one of those horrible horrible nightmares....
You know it occurs to me that I have no idea why I'm posting about this, I'm not looking for answers to it.. it's not a happy thing to share... but oh well.. I'll hit 'publish' lol...
I know.. I'll make this an intro to a question:

Worst nightmare.. the one that I can remember is one I had when I was a teenager.
I was walking home from the library (yup.. in my nightmare I was smart and read books LOL).
But the streets were becoming less and less familiar.
All the street lights started to flicker and then they all went out.
I had no idea where I was. And then this dark shape started coming towards me, so I wanted to run, but it was like I was stuck in molasses. And the shape was coming after me... and then I woke up screaming.
Feel good moment for the day.. LOL

Poor Jo!
Okay, when I was pregnant with Bethany I had a dream that my ex and I were at the movies at the mall. Some guys tried to attack us and what does dear stupid ex do? He runs away while the guys attack me!
Scary...and in real life he probably would have run away too...

I just wrote about my nightmare.. from the movie Mr. Sardonicus.. same thing.. wake to see him over me..his hand on ym chest and if i can scream I can wake up but the scream does not comefor a hile- when it does, I am awake

My worst nightmare wakes me about once a week. I keep dreaming that someone breaks into the house and takes Brennan away. I'll be glad when I stop having it.

I used to have nightmares when I was a kid, but I haven't had one for a very long time...**hopes she hasn't jinxed herself by say that** LOL
